Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales Calls : Proactively make phone calls to potential customers, presenting our offerings and sparking interest. Full product training will be provided to ensure you can confidently represent our products Prospecting for Leads : Seek out and determine viable leads, assessing them against established criteria. Employ a range of methods and tools to continuously generate high-quality prospects Client Analysis : Gain a deep understanding of prospective customers' needs and preferences. Customize your approach to demonstrate how our products can address their specific business needs Developing Client Relationships : Establish and nurture lasting connections with key decision makers. Promote a positive, professional representation of our company in all engagements Sales Activity Reporting : Maintain comprehensive records of sales efforts, interactions with customers, and progress of deals in our CRM system. Regularly report to the Business Manager and other management personnel about your successes and obstacles Training and Induction : Participate in our induction process and comprehensive product training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role and able to engage customers effectively Profile Experience in a telesales or account management role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong research and lead generation capabilities Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
