Join a leading property management company with a vast portfolio of retail properties as the new Centre Manager of a prime leisure & mixed-use destination in Birmingham.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
2. Lead and support the onsite team to achieve operational excellence.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, offering top-tier support and collecting valuable sales data.
4. Collaborate with the landlord, council, and key stakeholders to address operational and building fabric issues.

To be successful you will need…
1. To have existing hands-on, customer facing experience, preferably within retail or leisure.
2. An energetic personality, with enthusiasm and passion for the role, while being hardworking and organised throughout to lead the team at the shopping centre.
3. An understanding of contractor management and health & safety knowledge.
