Service Desk Support (non-technical) – £111 per day Umbrella Rate - Hybrid working (2 office / 3 remote) - 6 months+
We are recruiting a Service Desk Agent (non-technical) to work in an on-going global first level support team covering various business units from HR, Corporate Real Estate & Services, IT, Finance & Legal and compliance inquiries.
To apply you require a strong customer orientation to deliver the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through professional inquiry handling, resolution, and management, while understanding and following processes in a dynamic and changing environment. Providing customer support, resolving issues and inquires to the companies employees and clients.
To apply you should have the following skills and experience:
1. Excellent Customer Service skills
2. Previous helpdesk, service/support desk or any telephonic or remote first line customer support exposure (doesn’t have to be IT technical)
3. Be Reliable
4. Be organised
5. Be very customer centric
6. Be able to demonstrate the customer service / soft skills at interview to perform this role
Hybrid working - Normal 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks).
