Our client are a well known fashion retailer, looking for an experienced Senior People Operations and Reward Manager to join them for a 12-18 month fixed term contract. As the Senior People Operations and Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people operations strategy. You will ensure our HR processes are robust, data-driven, and aligned with both business priorities and industry best practices. Reporting directly to the People Director, you will lead key operational teams including Payroll, Rewards, and People Data & Analytics. You will have direct line management responsibility for 4 direct reports. Working collaboratively across the People team and the wider business, you will: Optimise the employee experience through efficient, employee-centric operations. Lead on strategic reward initiatives, including benchmarking, compensation structures, and benefit reviews. Deliver a compliant, consistent, and high-quality service to team members, known as Islanders. Build strong stakeholder relationships across Legal, Tax, Tech, and other business functions to ensure our operations are aligned with both internal workflows and external regulatory requirements.
