We are working with a very high end Events company based in South London looking for a Sous Chef to showcase Fine Dining and the very best Events on offer! The role covers all areas of Events and Production. W

You will work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm as core hours and then expect to work up to 3 evenings on busy weeks and approx 1 in 3 Weekends as well. All the hours after your contracted 40 are paid as overtime so you have potential to earn up to 30% on your salary!

The Sous Chef will have a strong Events background and should be able to demonstrate cooking to the highest level in previous roles. A Michelin or Rosette background would also be preferred as well as the ability to multi task and lead several events at the same time. Experience with a large Event Company would be very beneficial
You will need to be confident in helping with client tastings and menu creation using the finest local and seasonal produce. Based in the Main Kitchen in South
London you will also be required to travel to functions around London.
