About the Role:
As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right talent ready for our clients' projects. This position has two key components: partnering with the G-Mass Management Team to ensure a robust talent pipeline, and serving as a key point of contact for our consultants currently placed on client sites.
Responsibilities:
* Expert Screening & Filtering: Review CVs and applications provided by our internal resourcing team, ensuring candidates possess the specific technical skills and project experience required for our clients' complex vacancies
* Candidate Journey Management: Oversee the application process, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates
* Proactive Resource Forecasting: Anticipate upcoming client projects and proactively work to ensure the necessary talent pool is available
* Internal Team Coaching & Mentoring: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to our internal resourcing team, enhancing their sourcing effectiveness
* Top Talent Presentation: Shortlist and present highly qualified candidates to our client-facing stakeholders.
* Consultant Relationship Management: Conduct regular check-ins with G-Mass consultants currently placed on client sites, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their continued success
Essential Experience:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) specifically within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
* Solid understanding of Front, Middle, and Back Office operations within financial institutions.
* Proven success in end-to-end candidate management across all levels of seniority
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates at all levels
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent and manage relationships effectively.
* A deep understanding of the financial services industry, including its unique challenges and talent needs
Please note: This role requires 4 days per week in the office in Barbican!
