We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established and growing food business looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in their seafood division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding their customer base across the South of the UK.
The Role:
* Develop and manage B2B sales within the seafood sector, focusing on wholesale customers.
* Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
* Manage your own schedule with a mix of remote working (1-2 days per week) and field-based sales across the South of the UK.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
The Candidate:
* Seafood sales experience is essential – you’ll need a strong understanding of the industry.
* Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in wholesale, foodservice, or a related sector.
* A confident communicator and negotiator with a hunter mentality.
* Must be based South of Birmingham – ideal locations include Luton, London, Bristol, or surrounding areas.
* A full UK driving license is required – this is a field-based role.
