About The Role
Team: Retention - Life
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30, 1 late a week till 7pm, Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Stockport office
Bonus: up to an extra £18,000 per annum OTE. Basic salary increases to £26,500 after 6 months.
Holiday allowance: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year.
What will you do as a Renewals Sales Executive?
This is a busy and inspiring role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm, and energy to dazzle our clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
1. Take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product.
2. Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business.
3. Remind customers of the benefits available to them by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer.
4. Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries, etc.
What do you need to thrive in Retentions?
Vitality provides all staff with extensive training, meaning that we are open to speaking to candidates from all backgrounds and levels of experience. To be successful in the role of Customer Retention Adviser you will likely have:
1. A passion for great customer service.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. A good level of computer literacy.
4. Previous experience in customer service or sales would be beneficial, but not essential.
