My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Head Chef.
They require a suitably experienced Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge in a highly regarded venue.
The main responsibilities of the job include:
* Manage kitchen operations
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development
* Supervise food production
* Work closely with front-of-house teams
* Manage inventory and control costs
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
* Implement strategies to optimize food costs, waste reduction, and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
The salary on offer is up to £38,000 plus bonus plus tips.
