The Opportunity: Due to an internal promotion, they are on the lookout for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in shaping their service ethos and elevating their teams’ skills and confidence. What You’ll Do: Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive training programs that enhance service quality and elevate the customer experience. Identify and bridge learning gaps, fostering management and team behaviours that resonate with their purpose and values. Lead and execute learning solutions that support operational and business change. Oversee the development and enhancement of digital learning platforms to meet evolving business demands. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, multi-site organization. Proven ability to develop and implement successful training programs that drive significant behavioural changes. Experience in managing change initiatives and overseeing digital learning platforms.
