About The Role
We are currently looking for a Talent Reward Manager to join our European HR Department. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing compensation, benefits programs and initiatives across Europe. This role will ensure that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The Talent Reward Manager will collaborate with the corporate and local HR teams, Senior Management, and other departments to implement, monitor, and assess compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
What You´ll Be Doing
* Partner with GPC global team and country HR teams to design, implement, and manage regional compensation and benefit strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s business objectives and compliance standards.
* Lead or participate in key compensation and benefits projects/initiatives in Europe in alignment with global HR objectives.
* Conduct regular market analyses and surveys to ensure compensation packages are competitive and equitable.
* Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits.
* Develop and oversee compensation cycle and structures, merit increase guidelines, bonus schemes, and incentive plans for the region.
* Partner with talent acquisition teams to provide market insights for salary offers and negotiation.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation and benefits.
* Support performance management processes, aligning compensation programs with employee performance and career development.
* Work with the internal comms team to develop and maintain internal communication regarding reward programs.
* Use data analysis and benchmarking tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in compensation and benefits programs.
* Regularly assess program effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve employee satisfaction and organizational outcomes.
What You´ll Need
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
* Experience in compensation and benefits management or human resources (3-5 years or more) in an international company.
* Experience working with European compensation structures.
* In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and reward systems.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS and compensation software -ideally Workday.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of labour laws and compensation regulations.
* Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
