GBR Recruitment are proud to be exclusively representing a leading CAT A & CAT B commercial interior design & fit-out business, that delivers high end & bespoke solutions into office, retail, industrial, educational & healthcare sectors, interiors that give that real wow factor.\n\nOur well established & highly progressive client is recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to increase their market exposure / UK coverage.\n\nProjects can be £100K’s to £1M+ as they work with both SME’s & Major Nationals UK wide.\n\nThis interior fit out role, would suit a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, UK Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar from within the CAT & CAT B interior fit out industry, or from a similar construction / built environment solution sales business.\n\nDuties:\n\n * Winning new CAT A & CAT B interior fit out business across varying sectors.\n\n * Maintaining & developing all existing business partnerships & growing them.\n\n * Using various market intelligence, actively target potential new customers.\n\n * Work closely with sales colleagues, design, project teams & marketing teams, delivering commercial support & commercial management (costings, estimates, tenders etc.).\n\n * Work in unison with the project management & site management teams.\n\n * Provide project management support on larger & more complex projects, including the procurement of subcontractors, materials, plant & labour, as required to successfully deliver the project OTIF & to the quality standards expected by the end using customer.\n\n * Provide technical & product advice & support to the operational teams, using your CAT A & CAT B interior fit out / construction industry knowledge & expertise.\n\n * Deliver increased annual turnover figures & continuously improve margin levels (YOY).\n\n * Support marketing function by assisting with future marketing strategy, ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the sales / business development strategy.\n\n * Responsible for P&L performance for interior fit out projects under your control.\n\n * Ensure business risk management is always monitored.\n\n * Fully understand the clients brief, carry out on-site surveys, understand the scope of works & the specific design requirements, to deliver the clients desired interior.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * CAT A & CAT B interior fit out sales professional or Construction sales professional.\n\n * Strong sales & business development skills, winning high end / high value contracts.\n\n * Sales Executive / Sales Management / Business Development Management experience.\n\n * Excellent professional communication & people skills, able to build strong rapports.\n\n * Strong solutions sales, costings, surveying, planning & product delivery skills.\n\n * Strong commercial management skills, focused on correct price, correct margin & profit levels & ensuring risk mitigation at all times, delivering OTIF to set KPI’s / measures.\n\nThis role is commutable from: Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, North Kesteven, South Kesteven, South Yorkshire & areas close to these
