Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Manager to support the Head of Reward in delivering strategic and operational reward initiatives within a leading financial services organisation. This role will play a key part in shaping the reward agenda and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and draft high-quality RemCo papers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business strategy.
* Support the design, implementation, and governance of executive and employee reward programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
* Conduct benchmarking and analysis to inform reward decisions and strategy.
* Partner with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure effective reward governance.
* Involvement in ad hoc reward projects, including pay equity reviews, regulatory reporting, and policy development.
Experience:
* Proven experience in reward management within financial services.
* Strong knowledge of RemCo preparation, executive remuneration, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
