This is a 5 day per week onsite role. Location: West Drayton Salary: £25,000 per annum D.O.E Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst: Previous experience working on a Service Desk is vital Extensive Active Directory Strong o365 experience Previous experience of working with ticketing systems, any vendor product Experience of working with remote monitoring tools Strong troubleshooting/fault finding experience Any Exchange experience is highly desirable AzureAD experience is highly desirable Start date is ASAP for the Service Desk Analyst The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for: Ensuring that the Service Desk Manager and other senior members of the IT business are kept informed of progress and in particular are told of major problems and/or issues in a timely manner Being the first point of contact on the Service Desk.
