Key responsibilities
1. Reporting to the Catering Manager, overseeing the kitchen team.
2. Responsible for leading the kitchen team in producing high quality seasonal food in a timely fashion.
3. Conduct daily briefings before service ensuring all Chefs understand the day’s menus and are aware
of their responsibilities for the day
4. Maintaining and implementing service standards.
5. Cooking of Breakfast, Lunch and Preparing Salad Bars, using approved recipes for a busy workplace unit.
6. Following company Allergen and Due Dilligence and procedures at all times.
7. Assisting with ordering, stock taking and following stock rotation,
8. Setting up and maintaining Hot counters during service.
