The role requires a passionate Kitchen Manager, who has the ability and experience to manage a huge volume of business, business that can be unpredictable and challenging. That’s enough about us… what about you To be considered for this role, you will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a similar establishment and role. You will be up to date with relevant Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certificates. You will be a service-driven and energetic Head Chef with a passion for excellent service and solid operational experience. You will have a proven track record in people management skills, both with leading by example and training abilities. You will be an excellent communicator with people of all levels. You will be a Manager of a team, as well as a Head Chef. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of menu planning, stock control, costing and wages budgets.
