As a Sous Chef for Village Hotels, we are looking for hands-on passionate individuals to assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen operation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering a brand-led menu, high food standards, and the ability to manage food and payroll costs. A friendly, positive attitude towards work and the ability to guide the team while staying calm under pressure is essential.
