The role of Training Manager will be to lead the training initiatives within one brand at a state-of-the-art training academy.
Key responsibilities:
* Performance Management: Ensure all KPI targets for delivery and assessment are met.
* Propose and implement strategies to enhance training capabilities.
* Client Relationships: Build strong relationships to support strategic training goals.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational requirements and health & safety policies.
* Data Presentation: Present data and management information at client meetings.
* Team Leadership: Provide direction, communicate goals, and drive delivery standards with the lead trainer.
