With a growing pipeline of new developments, we're recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. You'll be based in Manchester but will be required to travel to other sites and venues across the region as required.
As Sales Executive, you'll lead the frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership and any other sales-related products offered by Latimer, which is the development arm of Clarion Housing Group. Our pipelines continue to grow rapidly, and so do our ambitions.
We're looking for someone who can deliver high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
You'll have experience in the property sales and marketing process, working with both internal and external parties about sale-related matters and ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
You'll be working Thursday to Monday 10am to 6pm, however you must be flexible.
We're particularly interested in hearing from you if you have the confidence to run sales offices on sites and represent the sales team and the wider company brand.
