We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team in Manchester. This role will lead the Talent Acquisition Team and all hiring processes and initiatives. The TA Manager will operate as a global unit, supporting key stakeholders in UK, Ireland, Denmark, Germany and Austria.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and focus across all hiring processes
* Managing a team of 8 Talent Executives, driving both performance and personal development
* Working closely with Key Stakeholders across all of our markets to ensure we are consistently improving on our People practices
Key metrics for the Talent Acquisition Manager include:
* Team & Individual Performance
* Headcount to Budget
* Cost per Hire
Other objectives for the Talent Acquisition Manager include:
* Reporting and forecasting Key Talent Acquisition Metrics
* Providing support to key stakeholders on Talent Acquisition processes
* Identifying and actioning blind spots and developing new initiatives and solutions
The role will involve managing full recruitment processes, working closely with internal stakeholders, managing talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods, and assisting with the pre/onboarding process for new starters.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be accountable for the overall team performance, presenting to support and offer guidance to the team, and supporting with team call shadowing and providing constructive feedback.
You will also be responsible for coaching and developing team strengths and improving any weaknesses, monitoring key inputs of the team, and working on various projects to drive People initiatives.
We are looking for a background in people management and recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally with a commercial focus. Experience recruiting across Europe, specifically Germany, would be advantageous.
