Job Description This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business Salary: £23,000 Plus realistic OTC of £300 up to £1000 per month for our top salespeople Location: Sheffield Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30, 37.5 hours a week Key responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with businesses, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs. Develop and nurture relationships with UK based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing. You may be required to move between sales campaigns or sell additional products. Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics. Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position products and services. Accurately track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and account information. Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Resolve queries within industry/department lead timescale. Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet. Periodically review Daisy Security Policies – centrally hosted on the Intranet - to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory and company requirements.
