You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices) Good communication skills and a team player. Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
