CCP have been engaged by a brilliant new client in Bournemouth who are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Manager to lead their 200FTE multi-brand contact centre operation, as a result of significant change and transformation.
Job Title: Contact Centre Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Performance Related (Annual)
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Logistics: Office-Based (Minimum 4-days-a-week)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the contact centre operations.
2. Implement effective strategies for performance improvement.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Manage and develop team members.
5. Oversee budget and financial performance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in contact centre management.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to drive performance metrics.
4. Experience with multi-brand operations is a plus.
