Making outbound B2B calls, you’ll be networking with a huge variety of industry sectors.

Role Responsibilities:
1. You’ll be making outbound B2B sales calls, with the aim of scheduling a sales appointment for a Business Development Manager to attend, to meet with business owners/Directors to sell Peninsula’s services.
2. Your goal is to extract the very best results from each call you make.
3. You will work to targets around the number of calls made and appointments booked daily.
4. Accurately build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline.
5. Update Salesforce with accurate information.
6. Thrive on working in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward culture.
Skills Required:
1. Ideally having some sales experience would be advantageous, within a B2B or B2C outbound position.
2. Confidence in outbound calling through a consultative approach; we don’t use a script, so being able to initiate conversations, ask relevant questions, and pick up on leads is essential.
3. Working to targets will be a daily focus, so having that drive and self-awareness is important.
4. We want someone with ambition, whether that’s to earn the most amount of money or develop your future career.
5. Being able to carry your personality across a telephone call is key.
