Sales Executive Position
Our ever-growing, independent, family-run business is delighted to offer a talented Sales Executive the opportunity to join our Sales Team in our MG & Skoda dealerships located on Boucher Crescent.
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, motivated individual with a desire to develop their career in the motor industry. Working within our Belfast Division, we are looking to enlarge the team with another Car Sales Executive within New and Used vehicle sales. The earning potential is there for the successful candidate with uncapped bonus earnings.
In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectations, and so customer care is of paramount importance. In this role, you will help lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible sales experience.
Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

About the Role
About You:
* Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a car selling role
* Experience within a franchised car dealership is essential
* Full, valid UK driving licence
* Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard
* Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way
* Team player mentality whilst still achieving personal targets
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
* Deliver a great customer experience and achieve agreed sales targets for New and Used vehicles within a compliant sales process.
* Provide customers with the information to make informed decisions regarding their purchases, maintaining product knowledge and awareness of sales promotions and quarterly campaigns.
* Follow up and prospect customers to maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, maintaining adequate records of all sales activities.
* Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process whilst completing training programs as required.
* Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange.
* Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
* Attend Manufacturer training as required.
