The role offers a base salary of £31,000 with additional bonuses bringing the role up to £40,000.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing daily prep lists
2. Managing time effectively
3. Maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards
4. Contributing to the regularly changing menu, specials, and exciting events based on the ingredients available
5. Collaborating with the back-of-house team and rotating through various sections as needed
