We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Financial Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective communication. Responsibilities
1. Issue invoices and statements.
2. Compare financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
3. Resolve customer queries by responding to emails and telephone calls.
4. Assist customers with taking payments and allocating receipts on accounts.
5. Chase overdue account balances.
6. Support customers with any delivery issues or questions.
7. Process orders for customers.
Skills
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
3. Proven ability to upsell products or services effectively.
4. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
6. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
