Coast House
Having recently undergone a million-pound refurbishment at Hoburne Naish, situated on the cliff top with stunning views across to the Isle, we are looking to expand our already enthusiastic kitchen team to help deliver our brand new menu in our ‘Coast House Inn’ bar and restaurant.
With our menus being changed with the seasons, the team is always working hard to deliver new and improved dishes with fresh local produce and suppliers, provenance, and daily specials.
Summary of Main Tasks/Duties:
To assist the Head Chef in the maintenance and development of the Catering Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements in respect of the following main areas:
* Quality control
* Food production, service, and presentation
* Cleanliness and hygiene including compliance with statutory regulations
* Contractor services/ordering of food etc.
* Financial control
They will also require the following:
* Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
* Previous chef/kitchen experience
* A high level of inter-personal skills
* Self-motivation with a positive attitude
* The ability to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. Accommodation to be discussed at interview.
