What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside a talented award-winning Head Chef. This position requires a skilled and competent Chef that has worked in a 2 AA Rosette environment. The team relies on each member to work where required but offers a reliable support system. Your input will be invaluable, and you will be able to put ideas forward when developing new dishes. You will be expected to manage the team, rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1’s, and training.
