Join us at Whitbread as the Reward Manager for our UK Operations. You'll be a key partner in collaborating with senior Operational and HR leaders across Premier Inn and Restaurants to shape and deliver the reward strategy for over 35,000 team members and managers.
You'll oversee pivotal reward activities, including ensuring consistent application of reward frameworks, managing our annual reward and recognition programs, and driving the pay review and incentive processes across our operations.

Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. Hybrid working.

What you’ll do
* Partner with senior leaders to define and execute the reward strategy.
* Lead the design and implementation of the annual reward and recognition programs.
* Oversee daily reward activities such as job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
* Manage reward projects, including pay and incentive cycles.
* Manage a small team of Reward Advisors and Partners.
* Develop innovative reward initiatives aligned with operational goals.
What we need
* Experience in Reward Management within a multi-site, high-volume organization.
* Proven success in designing and scaling reward initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Understanding of reward packages and business performance drivers.
* Experience managing a small team.
