Your Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and immediately available Rewards Manager to join on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about rewards and compensation, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and enjoys autonomy while working in a transformative space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to design and execute the company's total rewards strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.
2. Manage and refine internal compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
3. Lead all share-related activity across the business, including the rollout of executive and leadership share schemes.
4. Partner with the CPO & Legal team on reward-based remuneration activities.
5. Oversee employee benefits programs such as health, wellness, pension schemes, and other perks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
6. Develop and implement performance-based reward and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and productivity.
7. Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to budget and forecast compensation and benefits expenditures.
8. Drive employee recognition initiatives that reinforce company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
9. Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all regions, including international locations as applicable.
11. Lead, manage, and mentor a small team, fostering high performance and professional development.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in rewards, compensation, and benefits, ideally within a fast-paced or e-commerce industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing small team.
3. Expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analytics.
4. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
7. An interest in fashion or a related industry would be an advantage.
8. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
