Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 9:00 am-5:00 pm

What's the Gig?
* Engage with schools to showcase how iRock transforms children's lives through music.
* Generate leads, build and nurture relationships with schools, and guide them through the sales journey.
* Research potential clients, build a solid sales pipeline, and book school assembly appointments for our field team.
* Represent iRock at conferences, sharing our story and growing our brand.
* Collaborate with other teams, ensuring schools are supported every step of the way.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
What Makes You Our Star Player?
* A confident, friendly telephone manner and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Experience in telesales, ideally in the education sector (though not essential).
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
* Highly motivated, organised, and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
* Attention to detail and a knack for research and data analysis.
* A passion for music and education is a big plus!
