Sous Chef, B&I London up to £44k Monday to Friday Our client is looking for a passionate and food focused Sous Chef to support the running of the kitchen at this small site based in Central London. Catering for both staff dining and high end hospitality/client dining, the offer includes a breakfast and lunch service in a unique setting. So what will you be doing? As the Sous Chef, you will Support the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen and service Be involved in creating innovative menus Help drive the business forward Support with paperwork, ordering and stock take Working hours are Monday to Friday (some evenings included) 40 hours per week with paid overtime What we are looking for in a candidate: A strong Sous Chef with a genuine passion for food and customer service Experience in B&I catering or restaurants - strong hospitality/event background Excellent eye for detail and presentation Up to date with food trends and concepts Ability to take responsibility for the kitchen and day to day running Able to work well within a team as well as use initiative Flexibility and a positive attitude Interested?
