The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced sales professional with a background in technical sales within sectors such as electronics, precision engineering, automotive, aerospace, or medical device manufacturing.
Experience in outbound selling over the phone to cold and warm clients is beneficial.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving the continued sales growth of products in specific regions of the UK and Ireland through direct sales and established distribution channels.
* Identifying and generating new sales opportunities through outbound calls to a qualified database of mostly warm contacts, effectively communicating the benefits of the product range to new and existing customers, and coordinating product demonstrations for UK field sales colleagues.
* Pre-qualify and develop sales inquiries from marketing activities such as exhibitions, emails, website visits, and inbound inquiries.
* Providing technical and commercial support to distributors whilst working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver the highest level of service.
