Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
* Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

* Experience in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
* Proficiency in cash handling and ensuring sales accuracy.
* Knowledge of product promotions and marketing strategies.
* Capability to complete necessary paperwork and daily reports meticulously.
* Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members for success.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for company business as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Comfort with having to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
