Are you the right person for the job?
* Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
* Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences
* Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
* Is highly organised and thrives under pressure
* Holds relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
What will your role look like?
1. Take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food
