What you will do as a Groups & Events Sales Executive:
* Receive and convert incoming enquiries to meet financial quotas and exceed revenue goals.
* Work with the MICE & Groups Sales Manager to set strategies and goals to enhance account performance.
* Collaborate with the Event Planning team to create memorable group bookings and events.
* Respond quickly and efficiently to customers and fully qualify leads to create tailored proposals.
* Maintain positive interactions and good working relationships with guests and colleagues.
* Conduct site inspections and meet clients to discuss their requirements.
* Perform regular Competitor Analysis and maintain knowledge of market trends and pricing.
* Work closely with Hyatt Sales Force to ensure understanding of the hotel's strategic direction.
Qualifications:
* Pro-active, confident, ambitious, and outgoing with great people skills.
* Ability to build relationships easily.
* Excellent language and written skills in English.
* Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
* Thrives in a dynamic team environment.
* Eager to learn and grow.
* Previous experience in a Sales role is preferred.
