The Role
As a Senior IT Contract Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and contractor management within our thriving pensions practice. You'll be responsible for:
1. Sourcing, placing and managing IT contractors for transformation projects across pension funds, providers, and administrators
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in pension institutions
3. Managing a portfolio of contractors working on system installation, upgrades, customisation and maintenance projects
4. Conducting weekly check-ins with contractors to ensure project satisfaction and client delivery
5. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
6. Contributing to our team's revenue targets and business growth

Requirements
1. Proven experience in IT contract recruitment, preferably within pensions or financial services
2. Strong understanding of pension systems transformation technologies and project lifecycles
3. Excellent relationship building skills with both clients and contractors
4. Business development experience and a hunter mentality
5. Ability to effectively manage multiple contractors across various projects
6. Strong commercial awareness of the pensions technology landscape
