With a well-respected brand and a comprehensive product range, we receive a high volume of inbound sales inquiries from across the world.
As a Sales Executive, your role will be to engage with potential customers, explain the features and benefits of our products, and secure sales. You’ll be working with a diverse customer base, including places of worship, educational institutions, businesses, and individuals, helping them find the right solutions to support their religious practices.
For the right candidate, there is also an exciting opportunity to help expand our international reach through distributor and reseller recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings, converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
* Educate customers about our specialist products, ensuring they fully understand their benefits and suitability for religious or cultural use.
* Provide tailored sales solutions, preparing quotes and proposals to meet client needs.
* Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
* Work alongside our marketing and sales team to support international expansion efforts.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Occasionally attend exhibitions and industry events to promote our products and engage with potential clients.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in telephone sales, project sales, or distributor/reseller management.
* An empathetic and consultative approach, able to understand and respond to the cultural and religious significance of our products.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different cultures and backgrounds.
* Commercial awareness, including experience with pricing strategies and managing sales margins.
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Language skills (such as European or Arabic languages) would be an advantage.
Working Hours & Location
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with flexibility based on workload and business needs).
* Office-based in Egham, with occasional travel for exhibitions and sales events.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: £30K - £35K base, with an OTE of £55K - £60K in the first year (commission kicks in after a 3-month probation period).
* Potential for additional bonuses based on exceeding sales targets.
* Contributory pension scheme available after the probationary period.
* Travel expenses covered for UK-based face-to-face meetings (no company car included due to the international nature of sales).
