Novotel London Waterloo, with it's 178 rooms, meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and fitness & sauna is looking for it's next Kitchen Manager.
As our next Kitchen Manager, you
Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the kitchen's services.
Your general role focuses on overseeing the daily kitchen operations to ensure a high standard of food quality and presentation. You will collaborate with the F&B team to design and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
You have the authority to recruit, train, and schedule kitchen staff, providing mentorship and fostering a positive work environment.
It is a given that food safety is among your top priority, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies.
You focus on monitoring inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maintain budgetary controls and analyzing food cost reports, implement strategies to optimize kitchen efficiency, and reduce waste.
Working closely with F&B staff to ensure seamless service and communication between kitchen and dining areas you will be able to address customer feedback and ensure that all dishes are prepared to meet our high standards of quality and taste.

You will succeed if you have proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Your strong culinary skills and deep understanding of kitchen operations and best practices will only enhance your excellent leadership and team management abilities.
You are knowledgeable of food safety regulations and uphold a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. This skills enhances your ability to work effectively in a team while leading and inspiring them.
