Sales Executive - Fuel Cards
Location: Birchwood, Warrington - Office based
Basic with realistic OTE - £30,000 - £35,000

Are you a highly target driven Sales professional with B2B sales experience?
We are seeking a number of dynamic and results-driven Fuel Card Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, and managing a portfolio to drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, account management, up-selling, cross-selling, and customer retention to exceed performance targets and key KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively make outbound sales calls using prospect data to generate sales of fuel cards and ancillary products.
* Effectively identify and match customer needs to our solutions, ensuring high conversion rates.
* Acquire new customers via referrals from existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize retention and minimize churn.
* Maintain a deep understanding of competitor activity, recording insights on internal systems (e.g., CODAS).
* Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Ensure all accounts are fully updated, managed, and maintained to reflect the latest customer interactions.
* Close sales calls with a clear next-step action to progress the sales pipeline effectively.
* Cross-sell relevant products and services to existing customers, optimizing revenue opportunities.
* Accurately record all customer interactions in accordance with company policies and standards.
* Stay up to date with all company products, services, and industry trends to maintain expert knowledge.
* Utilise IT systems effectively to manage and track customer data, sales progress, and account performance.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record in a B2B sales environment.
* Strong ability to engage and influence decision-makers to secure sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
* Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and close deals efficiently.
* Experience in account management and customer retention strategies.
* High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to sales.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g., CODAS) is an advantage.
