Recruitment Manager Annual Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 DOE Location: Ipswich, UK Job Type: Full-time Department: HR & Partnering Reporting to: Head of HR We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Manager to join our clients HR & Partnering team. This pivotal role drives hiring efforts and ensures seamless operational support within the department. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and support the recruitment team, setting goals and monitoring performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Manage sourcing, selection, and employer branding to attract top talent. Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear, timely communication. Track metrics to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes. Oversee onboarding coordination, ensuring compliance and smooth integration. Maintain GDPR-compliant candidate records and manage recruitment budgets. Schedule interviews and meetings efficiently. Build and manage relationships with external agencies. Provide administrative support, including office organization and event coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment & a in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best hiring practices. Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of UK Employment Law and GDPR compliance.
