Job Summary

As a sales executive, you will play the highly strategic role of new client acquisition. You will be responsible for driving new logos in the Hi-tech industry. Focus on selling IT services across the Digital Transformation and Cloud Transformation. You will collaborate with leadership, marketing, delivery, and clients to build a pipeline and drive the sales cycle. This is a quota-carrying, commissioned sales role with an emphasis on developing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets. Essential Job Functions
1. Build new business within the Hi-tech sector through prospecting, events, partnerships, networking, marketing, and other lead-generation activities.
2. Develop a pipeline and create your own book of business, attract new clients, gain referrals, and form strong relationships that open doors and close deals.
3. Build and maintain access to key business decision-makers and generate C-level contacts.
4. Collaborate with a global team, subject matter experts, and Marketing.
5. Contribute to shaping ThoughtFocus’ sales and client service solutions and capabilities relevant to local market needs and competitive dynamics.
6. Understand how the client experience impacts business objectives, goals, and strategies.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
8. 2-8 years of proven IT services sales experience in technology services
9. Must have excellent "hunting" skills.
Preferred Education, Skills and Experience
10. Excellent verbal and written communication
11. Experience in relationship building and driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-level.
