This countryside bistro is cooking to a great standard with local, fresh ingredients, and to a level on par with 1 AA rosette. With a competitive salary of £35,000 plus great tronc/tips (circa £6,000 per year), this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Junior Sous/ Sous Chef
* Demonstrated management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
* Ability to thrive during busy weekend trade
* Experience in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
* A UK driving license with access to a vehicle due to location
Preferred Qualifications:
* Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, fresh food in a similar setting
* Strong communication and leadership skills
