Last year we opened 4 brand new clubs, taking us to 13 in
London. This year and beyond, our plan is to almost double our estate, as well
as continue the ongoing refurbishments of our existing portfolio.
Thanks to our exciting expansion,
we are now looking to appoint a Front of House Training Manager who will support the Concierge teams in all of
our clubs with development and ensure consistency of delivering Third Space standards.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience
of writing and delivering face-to-face learning solutions, with a knowledge of
learning methodologies and styles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create
and launch an internal academy for our concierge function which will
develop group service standards and support our teams in achieving operational
excellence.
* Partner
with the Talent Development team to design and manage the education pathway
for all existing concierge team members within the business and standardise
service expectation
* Support
the Talent Acquisition team with TA strategy and high-quality recruitment decisions
* Play
an integral part in supporting the Head of Operations in creating short-,
medium- and long-term service strategies that will best maximise NPS
scores in the group as well as creating world-class service.
About You
* Proven,
solid experience in a training and development role
* Strong
understanding about learning methodologies and the various learning styles
* Previous
experience of building and managing a training curriculum is highly preferred.
* Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal is a must
