They pride themselves on their fine dining menu, utilising fresh, local produce whilst developing staff and nurturing talent.

Your New Role as Our Sous Chef:
Prepare, produce and serve a diverse menu up to a 2 Rosette standard, utilising some great local produce.
Prepare, produce and serve a high quality banqueting menu for up to 100 covers.
Assist in the leadership and development of the kitchen brigade, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
