Here at Bruce’s, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and
delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time permanent role with flexible work-from-home opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sales Executive at Bruce’s, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sales process and ensuring that
new customers receive an outstanding experience from their first interaction. You’ll be responsible for managing customer
acquisition, from generating leads to closing sales and offering tailored services that meet each customer's needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
* Building strong relationships with new customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel part of Bruce’s.
* Supporting business development efforts by engaging with potential new partners and clients at company events.
* Maximising conversion rates and upselling additional services.
* Collaborating with the in-centre teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving personal sales targets.
* Handling administrative duties such as managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and reporting on performance.
About You: You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’re self-motivated,
target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience in sales or customer
service, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers and exceed targets.
You’ll also have:
* A great phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Experience in a sales-based role, ideally within a call centre or retail environment.
* Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.
* A passion for dogs and a desire to be part of a company that’s dedicated to their welfare.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
