Job Description
1. Answering incoming calls
2. Processing incoming sales requests
3. Managing / developing existing corporate accounts
4. Conducting accompanied visits to customers and suppliers
5. Contacting existing clients of the firm to upsell new products and services
6. Following up on incoming lead queries
7. Delivering a high level of customer services at all times
8. Responding to e-mail queries
9. Assisting with the build and delivery of marketing campaigns
The Successful Applicant
