Exciting new Head of Customer Service job available on a 12-month contract Your new company Hays are working in exclusive partnership with a rapidly growing and highly reputable housing organisation in Norfolk. Your new role The main purpose of this role will be to work with senior leadership in the business to develop and enhance a successful Customer Service operation. They currently employ around 100 staff within the function and are looking to improve the way the function operates, giving more control to their staff members and enhancing the customer journey. This is an exciting period of time to be joining the business and add significant value to the operation. You will be tasked with overseeing customer service teams across 2 sites (Norwich and Dereham) and managing between 2-4 direct reports. You will work closely with the Divisional MD to assess, strategise and implement new ways of working, team structure and best practice. You will work with key internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to change and transformation. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours between Monday and Friday. The organisation offers flexible hybrid working, but the successful applicant will understand that visibility in the team is key to this role. What you'll need to succeed You will have a proven track record of overseeing large contact centre teams. You will be able to engage with multiple stakeholders and influence appropriately, ensuring that changes are supported throughout the team. You will be available on relatively short notice or immediately to interview and start in the position. You must be able to drive due to the location of the offices.
