Clinical Sales Executive

We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Clinical Sales Executive to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans based at our Bolton HQ.
The Role:
1. Working with our Marketing and Central Service Teams to assist with introducing our services to patients who have enquired about our industry-leading treatments.
2. Answering queries via social media, email, video, and phone calls to advise patients on the treatments they are interested in, and allocating suitable appointments for meetings with the Dental Professionals.
3. Responsibility for the onboarding and booking of new patient exams via a patient-focused approach.
4. Working with the wider Customer Service team to achieve pre-set KPIs regarding specialist treatments booked with Dental professionals.
5. Creating and maintaining relationships with local businesses to establish partnerships for mutual benefit.
The Person:
1. A person with experience working within the Dental Industry, in a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Nurse capacity, who can understand and offer information regarding specific dental treatments.
2. A goal-oriented individual with experience in Sales and converting warm leads into bookings.
3. A candidate with a patient and customer-focused approach to sales, with a demonstrated history of converting high percentages of enquiries.
4. Someone dedicated to learning and excelling in a tough and demanding industry.
5. A candidate with an ethical sales background and experience working in a B2C or Telesales environment.
